This website is currently used for pre-launch demand validation and the optional refundable €7 first-drop reservation credit. A confirmed food order will only exist after final menu, price, delivery, allergen, cancellation, and complaint information is shown and you confirm the order.
Pre-launch status
Moldovan Flavors is currently validating demand for limited Moldovan food drops near Amsterdam. Food is not available for immediate delivery through this website.
Joining the list or reserving a credit does not guarantee that a delivery zone, menu item, date, or delivery slot will become available.
Food will only be cooked once enough demand exists in a practical delivery zone and the kitchen, packaging, registration, food-safety, allergen, and delivery requirements are ready.
€7 first-drop reservation credit
The €7 payment is a refundable first-drop reservation credit. It reserves priority access and helps us decide where to launch first. It is not a confirmed food order and does not require you to buy food later.
If we launch in your area and you place a first real food order, the €7 credit will be deducted from that order.
If we do not launch in your postcode, cancel the pilot, cannot offer you a first-drop order opportunity within 60 days, or you change your mind before the first confirmed order window, you can request a refund.
We will not use the €7 credit as a penalty or cancellation fee. If we cancel the pilot or cannot offer the first-drop opportunity, the credit is refundable.
Future food orders
A real food order will only exist after we present the final menu, total price, delivery area, delivery time, payment method, allergen information, and cancellation or refund terms, and you confirm that order.
Fresh prepared food and food made for a specific delivery moment may have limited cancellation rights after preparation has started or once the delivery window is confirmed. Those terms will be shown before any real food order is accepted.
Any future confirmed food order will be handled under the consumer information rules that apply at that time, including clear pricing, delivery information, and complaint contact details.
Menu, allergens, and food information
Menu items and prices shown on this website are pilot previews. Final products, ingredients, availability, delivery zones, and prices may change before the first confirmed drop.
Allergen and ingredient information will be confirmed before any real food order is accepted. We will not ask you to confirm a food order without access to the final allergen information for that order.
If you have a serious allergy or dietary restriction, do not rely on preview copy or images. Wait for the final ingredient and allergen information before ordering.
Online information and consent
Before any real food order, we will show final product details, prices, payment method, delivery timing, cancellation/refund terms, and personal-data use clearly.
Marketing consent is separate from payment. WhatsApp is optional and is not required to reserve the €7 credit.
We may reject or remove spam, duplicate, abusive, or obviously false submissions.
Liability and complaints
Nothing in these terms limits liability where that would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury caused by our own acts or omissions.
If something goes wrong, contact info@moldovanflavors.nl so we can review the issue. We aim to respond to reasonable complaints within a practical timeframe during the pre-launch stage.
These terms are intended for a Netherlands-based pre-launch. Mandatory consumer rights under EU or Dutch law continue to apply.
