Refund policy
The €7 first-drop reservation credit is designed to be low-risk and transparent while we validate where to launch Moldovan food drops. Last updated: 11 June 2026.

What is refundable
The €7 first-drop credit is refundable before the first confirmed order window.
It is refundable if you change your mind, if we do not launch in your postcode, if we cancel the pilot, or if we cannot offer you a first-drop order opportunity within 60 days of your reservation.
If the pilot launches in your area and you place your first real food order, the €7 will be deducted from that order.
When refunds are available
You can request a refund any time before the first confirmed order window.
You can also request a refund if the final menu, allergens, prices, or delivery window do not work for you.
If we cancel the pilot or cannot offer you a first-drop order opportunity within the stated period, we will treat the credit as refundable even if you have not asked yet.
How to request a refund
Email info@moldovanflavors.nl from the same email address used for your reservation and include your name and postcode.
If WhatsApp contact is available, you may also request a refund using the same phone number used at reservation.
We may ask for reasonable information to match the refund request to the original reservation, but we will not ask for full card or bank-login details.
Processing time and method
We aim to process eligible refunds without undue delay and normally within 5-10 business days after confirming the request. Bank or payment-provider timing may vary.
Where possible, refunds are made to the original payment method. We do not charge a separate refund fee for the €7 reservation credit.
Future food orders
The €7 credit is not a confirmed food order and does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Future confirmed food orders may have separate cancellation or refund terms once ordering is live, especially for fresh prepared food made for a specific delivery window. Those terms will be shown before any real food order is accepted.
