This website is currently used for pre-launch demand validation, a free waitlist, and an optional refundable first-drop reservation credit. Confirmed food orders will only be accepted after final product, pricing, delivery, allergen, cancellation, and complaint information is shown.

When you join the region list or reserve a €7 first-drop credit, we collect the details you submit: name, email, optional WhatsApp number, postcode, current page language, product interest, preferred delivery moment, how soon you might order, vegetarian interest, marketing consent, and basic campaign/referrer data.

For reservation credits, payment is handled by our payment provider. We store payment status and a provider payment reference, but we do not store card or bank details on this site.

We use your postcode and preferences to understand where demand is strongest and to plan the first Moldovan food drops. This is based on our legitimate interest in validating demand before launch.

If you reserve a €7 credit, we use your details to manage that credit, payment status, refund requests, and future order communication. This is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract and to perform the reservation-credit arrangement.

Marketing updates are sent only if you give consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us or using any unsubscribe method provided in the message.

We may process limited records where needed to comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, keep payment records, or handle disputes.

We only share information with service providers needed to run the pre-launch, such as hosting, database, email, analytics, payment, and operational communication services.

Where a service provider processes data for us, it should do so under appropriate processor terms. If data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards should be used where required.

We keep waitlist records only as long as needed to plan the pilot, contact you about launches you requested, or until you ask us to delete them where deletion is legally possible.

Reservation-credit and payment records may be kept longer where needed for refunds, bookkeeping, fraud prevention, legal claims, and tax or accounting obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect submitted information, including limiting access to admin tools and not storing card or bank details on this website.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for marketing.

Operational messages about a reserved credit, refund, or planned drop may still be sent when needed even if you opt out of marketing.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
